Dr. KWABENA RIVERSON

Dr. Kwabena Riverson is the Chairman of the Presbyterian University Foundation and also the North America external relations Officer of the Presbyterian University . He is a telecommunications expert and an investment consultant. He is the President of Riverson & Associates Inc. and Global Communications Ltd. Dr.Riverson is a former Adjunct Assistant Professor of Data & Telecommunications at the University of Maryland University College in College Park, Maryland. He also served as a Board Member of the Capitol Telecommunications Professional in Northern Virginia, USA. Dr. Riverson has authored one of the pioneering books in Telecommunications Development in Africa and has written several articles on the subject matter. He has consulted and designed several telecommunications networks in the United States and the world, including commercial and military networks. Dr.Riverson obtained his BS, MS, and Ph.D. Degrees from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, and Howard University in Washington, D.C. respectively.

PROFESSOR KWAKU ADDO

Professor Kwaku Addo is the Vice Chairman of the Presbyterian University Foundation. He is currently the Associate Dean of the Graduate School and a Professor of Nutrition and Food Science at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky, U.S.A . Dr. Addo is also an Associate Faculty in the Graduate Center for Nutritional Sciences at the University. He has been recognized for excellence in teaching by the University, and has over 40 scientific publications and abstracts to his credit. Dr. Addo serves on the board of directors of the International Book Project, Inc., God's Pantry Food Bank, and Leaf for Life Project. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi in 1979. Dr. Addo received his Masters degree also in Biochemistry is from the University of Idaho , and his Ph.D. Degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Washington State University, in the U.S.A.

PROFESSOR KOFI SRAKU-LARTEY

Professor Kofi Sraku-Lartey is the Principal of the Presbyterian University Foundation and also the Principal and a member of the University Council of the Presbyterian University College.Before his appointment to the highest office of the University, Prof. Sraku-Lartey was a professor at The Kwame Nkrumah University Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi, Ghana for over twenty years. Prof Sraku-Lartey has over twenty publications to his credit. During his tenure at KNUST, Prof Sraku-Lartey acted as Pro-Vice Chancellor and Vice Chancellor for the University. He also served as Head and Director of the Institute of Mining and Mineral Engineering at KNUST. He was a member of KNUST Council, and the National Accreditation Board. Professor Sraku-Lartey obtained his BSc. from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and his Ph.D. from the University of Exeter - Cambone School of Mines in England. ========================================================================= 

MR. EMMANUEL RICHARD OFORI

Mr. Emmanuel Richard Ofori is the Patron of the Presbyterian University Foundation. He is a native of Ghana , a career banker, and a successful businessman. Mr. Ofori worked for the Bank of Ghana, where his Department was responsible for Government Securities & Exchange Control, and Bonds. At the top of his career, he was seconded to the National Investment Bank in Accra, Ghana, where he rose to the level of a Director before he moved to build his business empire. Mr. Ofori was educated in the United Kingdom at The New Castle - Upon Tyne Municipal College and The City of London College where he obtain his Chartered of Bankers (CIB). Mr. Ofori also holds a Masters Degree in Business from The University of Lancaster Business School, in the United Kingdom .

Mr. KWADWO AMO OSEI 

Mr. Kwadwo Amo Osei is the Secretary of the Presbyterian University Foundation and also The Registrar of the Presbyterian University College. Mr. Amo Osei has thought in several Secondary schools in Ghana . He was the Assistant Registrar at The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana for several years. He holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Sociology and Political Science, and a Masters degree in Philosophy (African Studies) from The University of Ghana.

REV YAW BARIMA ASAMOA-BOADU

Rev. Yaw Barima Asamoa-Boadu is the Treasurer of the Presbyterian University Foundation and also the Internal Auditor of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana (PCG). He is currently the University Accountant. Rev. Y. B. Asamoa-Boadu was the Accountant for the PCG head office from 1998-2002. He has also worked with the Opportunity Industrialization Centre, in Accra , Ghana as Senior Finance Officer. He obtained his Final Part Four of the Institute of Company Accountants in 1987. He obtained a Diploma in Ministry and Theology in 1998 and is an ordained Minister of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana. He completed a Master's Degree program in Executive MBA (Finance) from the University of Ghana in 2005 and is now an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Accountants (ICA) ( Britain ) and also Associate Member of the Association of International Accountants (AAIA).
